THE Varcity

STORY

We started with the core conviction that people were meant to live in community. Varcity was born at the intersection of that belief and a growing appetite across the country to learn as a lifelong initiative. So we partnered with America’s most prestigious universities to build and operate on-campus developments. We provide residential living that eliminates generational separation and reinvents campus life. Our designed environments have plenty of attitude with open spaces, interaction with nature and floor plans to suit your needs.

A New Way of Thinking

ABOUT AGING

Research shows that older adults don’t like being labeled as “seniors” or “elderly.” We want to change perceptions from within the senior living system. We have a new way of thinking about aging and a commitment to curbing ageism. We believe that bringing together older and younger people will help solve some of the most pressing societal issues of our time. And the benefits of intergenerational connection can allow us all to thrive in our best lives.

Intergenerational CENTERS OF EXCELLENCE

You have passions, purpose and endless opportunities ahead of you. Instead of slowing you down, Varcity cultivates an environment of lifelong learning, intergenerational experiences, and total wellness. In sharp contrast to yesteryear’s senior living model, our residents enter into collegiate environments of go-getters pursuing their goals. It is our mission to foster the shared experiences of learners of every age through activity, engagement, volunteerism and academic opportunity.
